ALPHABET INSPIRED OBJECT | Product design

As part of my university assignment, I was asked to create a functional object, using English alphabet "L" and also add something 'out of the box' to it.
I created a wooden pen holder and attached a sticky-note pad on the back along with sticky-note phone diary, as shown in the following pictures.
The unique thing about this object is its hidden compartment on the horizontal side on the letter. This compartment has a longitudinal sliding lid.
This secret area can be used to save important flash drives, personal sims etc.
For the top of the hidden compartment, I pasted a sticky-note (taken from the back of the object) and added Zig-Zag lines to it.
I drew some Zig-Zag lines with a blue marker on the sticky-note pad (s) to match with the overall object.
I painted this holder in blue and pasted bright yellow threads all over the object to create texture.
Below is a short video of the object.
I hope you enjoyed watching it as much as i enjoyed making it. :)
